If your new to Rollerblading you will likly want to start with the

Below are some of the FUNDEMENTAL GRINDS that are the foundation for other grinds and tricks. Depending on which is your lead foot, you may feel more natural to do the reverse of some of these drawings.
All these positions should be practiced first as STALLS on a step or curb.
